The Red Tails Legacy: Five Keys to Access, Ownership, and Wealth

In this inspiring keynote, Julia Lashay Israel challenges real estate professionals to view their work through a broader lens, one that connects history, access, and wealth creation to the future of the middle class. Through the story of her grandfather, a Tuskegee Airman and one of the few Black veterans able to access a VA loan, Julia illustrates how homeownership became a powerful engine of generational opportunity and why barriers to access continue to matter today.

Julia introduces The Five Keys to Access, Ownership, and Wealth, reframing the role of agents and brokers as trusted guides who help shape opportunity, stability, and long-term progress. This session is designed to inspire awareness, elevate purpose, and set the stage for deeper Fair Housing education.
