15-Hour Broker Post-License Applied Brokerage Principles (1 of 3 new, mandatory 15-hour post-license courses)
15-Hour Broker Post-License Risk Management/Discipline (includes sexual harassment prevention training) (2 of 3 new, mandatory 15-hour post-license courses)
15-Hour Broker Post-License Transactional Issues (3 of 3 new, mandatory 15-hour post-license courses)
There is a mandatory 50-question exam at the end of each 15-hour course. Courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license on or after November 1, 2023. You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exams for these courses and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit. All 45-hour post-license course exams will be administered online through Illinois REALTORS®.

Zoom requirements
- You are required to use the video option - you must be seen at all times.
- Keep yourself muted if you are not talking (unless the instructor tells you differently).
- Dress for the job - please don't be in pajamas.
- Don't be sitting on or in a bed.
- Make sure your camera and audio are working before class starts.
- Try not to eat during class - there will times for breaks.
- Don't do private things while you are video.
- Stay focused - It will be after hours, after a long day but try to stay focused so you don't miss anything.
- Do your best to be in a private place, try not to have dogs barking or kids running around in the background (of course we understand things can happen, which is why it's important to be muted).
- Act like you are in a physical classroom.
- Be prepared for the class.
- Speak clearly.
- Don't interrupt other speakers. Feel free to wave your hand or send a message if you need to say something while others are speaking.
- Be on time! You have to have the same amount of hours logged in person as you do on Zoom.
- Use the chat function as much or as little as you want.
Thursday & Friday, January 16 & 17, 2025, the hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Saturday, January 18, 2025, the hours are earlier in the day from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
